| Driver | 161 | 21-42 yrs | Must have passed class VIII examination from a recognized educational institution and must have a valid driving license of not less than the year of selection and must have knowledge of the traffic regulations prescribed in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the rules made thereunder. |
| Enforcement Driver | 02 | 21-42 yrs | Passed Class VIII examination from a recognized educational institution and holds a valid driver's license to drive heavy, light transport vehicles, as the case may be, for a period of not less than three years from the date of vacancy notification. |
| Dispatched Rider | 01 | 21-42 yrs | High School Examination from the Board of Secondary Education, Uttarakhand or from an institution recognized by law for the purpose. Must have a license to drive light and heavy vehicles. |
